Periodo di conservazione dei dati
• I dati personali trattati e conservati per le finalità contrattuali e precontrattuali sono trattati per un periodo di tempo non comunque superiore a 10 anni decorrenti dalla cessazione degli effetti del contratto, in caso di conclusione dello stesso, e, nel caso di mere trattative precontrattuali, per un periodo non superiore a 10 anni dalla cessazione delle trattative;
• I dati personali trattati per le finalità di marketing sono trattati e conservati sino a quando non è richiesta dall’interessato la relativa cancellazione e/o la revoca;
